This project is the culmination of an exploration into techniques of interior rep- resentation. The example shown here is expressed in the form of a “drawdel,” a drawing and model hybrid influenced by the Dutch perspective box.

 

This study looks at the Home-Studio as space for in-depth investigation into the psyche of a “total designer,” and creates an interior which presents an imaginative re-interpretation of that Home-Studio. After multiple experiments, this final version of the space of Charles and Ray Eames uses an extreme forced perspective in a 2” depth to create an imagined and lived-in interior.
